This look was Gossip Girl inspired, you know the show about stylish prep school girls in New York that was forced to wear a uniform, but they surely made sure to have their individual touches on their style. The show was definitely more about the drama with each other, but anyway I found this old plaid skirt that I haven't worn in forever and I thought let see if this still fit me? It fits and I look younger. The mini plaid skirt will always be associated with youth, teenage spirit and the prep/ private school girl look. I sexed it up with a lace up top and knee high boots.
